fixed mistake Review by Kate W.-ut
I ordered a pink itouch gripper,m but was sent a blue one by mistake. When I called customer service, they told me they were sorry for the mix up, and that I could keep the blue case. They promptly sent me the pink case at no additional cost. Now That is what i Call great Service (Posted on 12/3/09)
