GUT Classic Leather Sleeve – Blackberry Pearl

I orderd a pink blackberry pearl. When I opened it, I saw black. I called customer service, because I thought they sent me the wrong color case. The customer service representative asked me to take it out. I did. The black I saw was the bag the pearl comes in. I opened the bag, and sure enough, there was a pink blackberry pearl inside, just as I ordered. The customer service representative put me at ease and joked with me that his job would be very easy if all the calls he got could be fixed so easily. (Posted on 12/1/09)
